Job Description

The priority is to assist the company acquire new customers and sell additional products or services to existing ones. The role is a crucial for the business with the ambition to expand or the necessity to diversify its clientele.

Job Responsibility

A business development professional should have the following primary responsibilities:

  1. Appointing new collection centre.
  2. Increase the number of company outlet.
  3. Explaining the business module.
  4. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing and new partners and explaining the benefits.

Generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:

  • Researching market and opportunity to identify new area and potential new markets.
  • Explain the concept of Zoom Bag to all the existing shopkeepers across the defined territory and to bring them on board
  • Researching the needs of the customers and finding out the decision makers.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

So from simple chats on the phone to lunches and events or conferences business development executive must be sure to keep their customers happy. Of course, as with all office jobs, documentation is also a big part of the work. Skills Required
